I spent quite a few years at Nickelodeon.
Initially hired as an illustrator in 1999, I went on to become Director of Character Art and Illustration. My role was to manage Nickelodeon Creative Resource’s East Coast illustration team in generating character art and all other illustrative elements to be used across all lines of business- including branding, on-air, consumer products, publishing, and recreation- and to meet the needs of our many partners and departments, both domestic and international. But as all good things must come to an end, I eventually left Nick after 19 years to pursue other opportunities. ...It was one heck of a ride.
